A creator builds a contest on their video
The creator picks an upcoming premiere or livestream and writes a handful of prediction questions about what will happen in it — the result of a match, the outcome of a challenge, the number the video lands on. They set the prize and publish.

Fans enter free by subscribing
Every entry is tied to a real, platform-verified action. A fan links their YouTube account, subscribes to the channel, and makes their picks. There is never an entry fee, and picks stay editable right up until the video goes live.

The video goes live and so does the board
When the stream starts, entries lock. As the answers reveal on screen, scores update and the leaderboard moves in real time — everyone watching is also playing. It freezes when the video ends, and the creator pays out the prize.

- Does it cost anything to enter a contest?
- No. Every contest on Samuri is free to enter. There is no entry fee, no purchase requirement, and nothing you can buy that improves your chance of winning.
- Is this gambling?
- No. Samuri contests are free-to-enter prediction games. Because there is no entry fee and no wager, players risk nothing. Prizes are funded by the creator hosting the contest or their sponsor, and outcomes turn on predicting what happens in the creator’s content.
- What does it cost a creator to host?
- Nothing. Samuri does not charge creators to build or run contests. The creator funds the prize they choose to offer; the platform itself is free.
- How do you know someone actually subscribed?
- Players link their YouTube account to Samuri, and we verify the subscription directly with YouTube before the entry counts. Entries that cannot be verified do not qualify.
- Which platforms do you support?
- Samuri launches with YouTube. Support for additional platforms is in development.
- How do winners get paid?
- Cash prizes are pre-funded by the host, held by Samuri, and paid out to the winner after the contest completes and the result is final. Non-cash prizes are fulfilled by the creator who offered them.
- When is the app available?
